Shipping Information
All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS with your choice of First Class, Priority or Priority express, unless you choose the UPS option. Made-to-order items have a production time of 2-3 weeks and will arrive 2-5 business days after the item(s) are complete. One-of-a-kind items are available immediately and will ship 2-3 business days after purchase. If you have questions please do not hesitate to Contact Us at anytime.
International customers have the option of choosing USPS International First Class shipping or International Priority Express. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your order, plus any extra production time. Please make sure to review your countries Customs Policies to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner, additional charges may apply.
RETURNS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However we will accept returns under very limited circumstances and are dealt with on a case by case basis. If you feel that you need to return your piece, please contact us with your concerns.
EXCHANGES :
We are more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. We can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in perfect condition. We do not exchange broken or damaged items. There is a restocking fee of $25 for any item exchanged and you can choose to exchange it for another item, or store credit. If an exchange is necessary, please contact us via email, and explain why you need to exchange it. You are responsible for sending the original item in the original packaging (jewelry box or bag) and you will need to include a note with your order number, reason while you're exchanging it and whether you would like to exchange it for another item or store credit.

REPAIRS:
If you have an item that is damaged and have bought it within a 3 month period, we are more than happy to repair the item for you at no charge, if we can. Any item that needs to be repaired after the 3 month grace period will be subject to labor and material costs. Please note that the only thing we cannot do is fix a stone, but in some cases a stone can be replaced by similar stone, but we need to see it to determine best steps forward. Before you send an item back to us, please contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.
