CREATION PROCESS:

Each Moon Phase Shield Ring is cast in solid brass using traditional lost wax casting methods in our Idyllwild, California studio. The shield form is then hand-fabricated, with each moon phase detail carefully carved and finished to create depth and dimension.

The Black Onyx is hand-selected for its deep, protective energy and set securely within the shield. Every element is shaped, soldered, and finished by hand, ensuring that each piece carries the intention and craftsmanship that defines Acid Queen Jewelry.

The final step is polishing, which brings out the warm golden tones of the brass and creates contrast with the matte black onyx. This process highlights the lunar phases etched into the shield while allowing the stone to remain the grounding focal point.

Because each ring is made to order, slight variations in the stone and metalwork make every piece truly one of a kind.

JEWELRY CARE:
