Care for handmade jewelry can be a little different than care for other types of jewelry because it is handcrafted wearable art and should be treated as such. While our pieces are solid and meant for wearing, it is important to be aware of factors that could damage them or tarnish them more quickly.

- Be careful when storing your jewelry to avoid scratching. We recommend storing your jewelry in the boxes or velvet bags they arrived in, or individual plastic bags. They should be stored in a cool dry place like your closet or cabinet.

- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, washing dishes, exercising and any other activities that may put the pieces in harms way.

- Avoid contact with hairspray, perfumes and oils as they may affect the patina of the jewelry.

- Silver pieces are prone to tarnish over time, you may use a polishing cloth to brighten your pieces up they get dull, please be careful of the recessed darkened areas. We also sell Jewelry Revitalizing Kits for when the need a good cleaning.
