CREATION PROCESS:

Each Nimue Necklace is hand-fabricated in our Idyllwild, California studio using Acid Queen’s signature technique. We begin by building each piece in wax, allowing for intricate architectural details and organic flow.

The wax model is then cast in solid brass in small batches using traditional lost wax casting methods. After casting, each pendant is meticulously hand-finished. The Rainbow Moonstone and Clear Quartz are hand-selected for their luminosity and energetic properties, then carefully set within the brass framework.

The final steps include polishing and oxidizing to create depth and contrast in the metalwork, highlighting the sacred geometry of the design while allowing the stones to remain the glowing focal points.

Because each piece is handcrafted and cast in small batches, slight variations in the stones and metalwork make every necklace truly one of a kind.

JEWELRY CARE:

Brass naturally develops a patina over time, deepening to a rich antique finish. This is part of the beauty of the metal and adds character to your piece.

To maintain the original bright finish, gently polish with a soft cloth or brass polish. The 14k gold plated chain should be treated gently to preserve the plating. Avoid harsh chemicals and remove jewelry before swimming or bathing.

Rainbow Moonstone and Clear Quartz should be cleansed regularly. Use sage smoke, moonlight (especially during the full moon), or sound to clear absorbed energies and recharge the stones’ natural properties.

Store your necklace in a cool, dry place when not wearing. A jewelry box or pouch will help prevent scratching and tarnishing.

This item is made to order with a production time of 1-3 weeks. You’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking when your piece is complete.

We ship via USPS Ground, with options for USPS Priority Mail or UPS options with insurance and tracking. Domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Duties and customs fees are determined by your country’s policies.
