This movie isn’t just visually stunning; it’s to me, one of the most inspiring pieces of filmed art. The striking cinematography suspends you in a dreamlike fantasy - 60's glamour aesthetic, drenched in vivid, deeply saturated hues meets modern ideas in a time you can't put your finger on.
But the inspiration for this collection runs deeper than just aesthetics. The rich storytelling and lessons explored in the film became a foundation for these pieces. It challenges the societal expectations placed on women…the pressure to conform, to feel a certain way, and to show up in love according to someone else’s rules. At the same time, it highlights the desperate need to lean into self-love.
