Whether you're commemorating a milestone, celebrating an engagement, or recreating a piece you missed out on, our custom jewelry service brings your dreams to life, creating a piece that is uniquely yours.
Types of Custom Orders
1. Custom Stones in Made-to-Order Items:
- Add a personal touch to our existing designs by selecting a unique stone for your piece. This service includes a $100 stone fee plus the cost of the piece. We'll source and fit a stone of your choice into one of our pre-designed items.
2. Remake Custom Pieces:
- Revitalize one of our original designs with minor tweaks and a new stone of your choice. This option allows for some customization while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
3. Fully Custom Designs:
- Bring your vision to life with a fully custom piece based on your inspiration photos or drawings. We'll help you choose the perfect stones from our extensive library or source them according to your preferences.
The Custom Jewelry Process
1. Join Our Waitlist:
- Sign up on our custom waitlist to secure your spot. Once added, you'll receive a confirmation email and be contacted when it's time to schedule your consultation.
2. Initial Consultation:
- When your turn comes, we'll send you an email with your scheduling window and any additional questions. You'll have 5 business days to respond and secure your spot. Your custom order includes a 30 min phone or video consultation where we will discuss your design, options, budget and answer any questions you have.
- In your initial scheduling email we will also provide a link to pay your $100 hold deposit and once you have scheduled your call you will be emailed our contract via DocuSign. Once signed, we have our call and then we'll provide stone choices and an estimate. A 50% deposit is required to proceed to the design phase.
4. Design Phase:
- We'll discuss your ideas and give you various options based on your budget, and then finalize the details to bring your custom piece to life. Pricing includes communication, stone sourcing, a 30-minute one-on-one consultation, design time, finishing, labor, and materials.
5. Creation and Delivery:
- Each piece is meticulously hand-crafted and hand-finished, ensuring a unique creation that reflects your vision. The process takes 3-5 weeks, with updates provided throughout. If you have time restraints and need something sooner, we will always do our best to accommodate.
Custom Jewelry FAQ's
- When do you offer custom jewelry? We offer our custom design services February-September and close them for the holiday season. If your needs fall outside of our available times it is best to contact us before you will need it to see if we can accommodate your request.
- Do you design engagement rings? We have created a variety of alternative engagement rings, but we can also design more traditional styles and will work with you on design to ensure the project is right for us.
- Do you do make gold custom pieces? Our custom work is available in sterling silver and a variety of solid Gold options. We do not offer custom pieces in bronze or plated materials.
- Will you re-make an item I saw from another designer? No, we only design in our aesthetic and encourage you to contact the original designer of a piece if you want something re-made.
